Tell us about your Current role and a key project you have led or involved with that you're proud about. 
 

Technical Innovation Lead based in Amsterdam. I am currently working on developing and optimising our range of UHT creams being made at a third-party manufacturer in the Netherlands. Proud that I’ve been involved with the factory since commissioning, and we have recently reached our current production capacity.  

How did the Graduate programme set you up for success in your career? 
 

It exposed me to a range of people and roles across the company. Really helped me get understand the diverse range of roles available and get a better idea of what areas I enjoy working in. Coincidently my FGTP project was also based around commissioning (Cream Cheese 3 in Darfield) and I ended up back in that space years later.

What surprised you about working at Fonterra?
 

How high the retention rate is at Fonterra. People working here tend to stay for a long time, my FGTP year still has all but one graduates at the company.

Where do you see yourself going from here at Fonterra?
 

I enjoy using my technical background to assist with marketing and sales, would like to stay in global markets and develop more into this space.
