Anchor Food Professionals launched in Thailand

Our team in Thailand launched Anchor Food Professionals at the Thaifex World of Food Asia 2017, where our dairy expertise and innovation was showcased, particularly in the key foodservice channels Asian Bakery and Italian Kitchen.
The launch helped to cement Fonterra’s position as the leading dairy supplier in the Thai foodservice industry, where rising incomes and the growth of out-of-home dining offer strong growth opportunities.
Our dedicated team of Anchor Food Professionals and expert chefs showcased our fit-for-purpose dairy ingredients through live cooking demonstrations, product sampling and a pizza stretch competition.
