Fonterra Social Media Community Guidelines

We want to ensure that our channels are a safe place for our communities to interact with each other. Read our Community Guidelines below which apply to all of our social media channels.
We’re on social media to stay in touch and share updates with our communities. 
We encourage you to leave comments and interact on our channels, however we ask you to please be respectful of the entire community and our people. Opinions expressed must remain civil and respectful of others. 

We do not allow:

  • Abusive or inappropriate language (including language that is violent or sexually explicit)
  • Personal attacks, bullying, or harassment
  • Racism or discrimination
  • Spam

Please be mindful that you only post material that is yours or that you have the express authorisation of the owner to share.

We reserve the right to remove any comments or posts that are in breach of these guidelines without warning or explanation. Any individual or group found to repeatedly post prohibited content or spam may be blocked from interacting with our channels. We also reserve the right to update these guidelines from time to time.

By making any contribution to our social media channels - including comments, photos, or videos – you are granting Fonterra permission to reuse this content across its social media channels. If we wish to utilise any content outside of our own social media channels, permission will be sought via an individual request to the owner.
