Sir Henry van der Heyden

Sir Henry van der Heyden was Chairman of the Fonterra Board from 2002
until he stepped down as Chairman in December 2012. Sir Henry will
remain on the Board for the first part of 2013. He sits on the
Appointments, Remuneration and
Development Committee. Sir Henry is Chairman of Tainui Group Holdings
Limited and a Director of Auckland International Airport Limited,
Pascaro Investments Limited, Manuka SA Ltd, Rabobank New Zealand Limited
and Rabobank Australia Limited. He is a member
of Rabobank’s Food Agribusiness Advisory Board of Australia, the New
Zealand Business Forum and the Director Remuneration Committee of Zespri
International. He is also an independent Director for Foodstuffs North Island Limited.
