Our Graduates and Interns

Since 2008, Fonterra has had more than 230 graduates through its graduate and internship programmes, and the majority have had the opportunity to stay on and progress their careers with us.

Fonterra’s graduate and internship programmes follow a rotation system which ensures everyone gets a taste of a range of roles in the dairy industry including research and development, sales, marketing and human resources.

Our programmes form a solid foundation for talented interns and graduates to make their mark in their chosen fields.
