Chicken Recipe: 1. Bake the grated Anchor Cheddar until dry, set aside. 2. Mix the chicken with the marinade ingredients until smooth and let it sit for 30 minutes. 3. Heat the oil. Put tapioca in the chicken mixture and immediately fry it 2 times. 4. Fry over medium heat then fry again over high heat until browned. Remove and drain.
Sauce Recipe: 1. To make the sauce, melt the Anchor Unsalted Butter and sauté the garlic until dry. 2. Add soy sauce, honey, and ground pepper. 3. Stir until smooth 4. Add the fried chicken. Stir quickly and top with roasted sesame and sliced green onions. |
