Introducing CERRA Point - our employee engagement app


We’re thrilled to announce the recent virtual launch of CERRA Points for Fonterra Brands Malaysia, to further support our employee engagement journey.

Through this app, we are enabling Fonterra to build a recognition-rich culture in the new socially distant world due to the pandemic.

CERRA Points is a holistic employee engagement app that is designed to create a happier and healthier work environment. Introduced to reward employees for contributing to the company's achievements, the app also serves as an alternative internal communications platform. 

In line with our guiding philosophy of creating Good Together,  our employees across offices and operations have been exchanging great numbers of appreciation messages since the launch of the app, and staying connected & engaged with the Fonterra family.

We are delighted to see such a great take-up and engagement rate in such a short span of time. The reward feature which also allow leaders to recognise their performing team members with CERRA points could be redeemed to purchase food and beverages online.
