Fonterra has embarked on a new pathway to create sustainable value for its farmers and customers through innovation, sustainability, and a focus on New Zealand milk.


Within this context, we have recognised the need to strengthen our relationships with tangata whenua and acknowledge the unique contribution of Te Ao Māori (Māori culture and worldview) to Aotearoa New Zealand. To enable this, Fonterra has developed its own Māori Strategy called Haea te Ata.

Haea te Ata 的目标是通过将 Te Ao Māori 融入恒天然的核心来增强 恒天然的目标，影响恒天然的战略并激励恒天然的员工。 本着包容和庆祝的精神，恒天然的愿景很简单：

“Mō tātou”

为了最广泛意义上的所有人的利益，恒天然的奶农、恒天然的员工、恒天然的消费者、恒天然在世界各地的利益相关者。

“Mō Aotearoa”

为新西兰 Aotearoa，庆祝恒天然的新西兰供应的牛奶以及恒天然与世界分享的全球乳制品行业的独特起源故事和遗产。
