Perfect Italiano™ grates the competition - only grated cheese to score five-stars by Aussie customers

More than 750 Australians took part in the 2019 Canstar Blue review, providing feedback on the grated cheese they most recently bought and consumed.

Made using a special blend of mozzarellas, parmesan and cheddar, Perfect Italiano™ scored a perfect five-star rating for taste, packaging, variety/range and overall customer satisfaction, coming out well ahead of the pack, as the only grated cheese to achieve a five-star review on any one of those categories.

Fonterra Australia General Manager Brands Marketing Kristy Wilson says the recognition is a great result in a very competitive category.

“Our Perfect Italiano grated cheese and cheese blends range are designed with the home cook in mind, and this award is confirmation that Aussie home cooks love Perfect Italiano cheese,” says Kristy.

“As the only grated cheese awarded five stars for taste, range, packaging, and customer satisfaction, they are a clear family favourite.”
