Rachel is a prominent business leader and a strong advocate for the Māori economy and sustainability in the food and beverage sector.

Her commitment to kaitiakitanga has been evident throughout her career, from founder of sustainable seafood company Yellow Brick Road, to her time as chief executive officer of Māori-owned food and beverage company Kono, and now in her current role as co-founder of business design and brand strategy firm Oho.

Rachel presently chairs Moana NZ and the Wellington Regional Stadium Trust (Sky Stadium). She is a director for Sealord, ANZCO Foods, and The Warehouse Group where she chairs the Environmental, Social Sustainability Committee.  She is a member of the Asia–Pacific Economic Cooperation Business Advisory Council (ABAC), chaired the Council through Aotearoa, New Zealand’s 2021 year of hosting APEC, and this year will lead the Regional Economic Integration Working Group.

Rachel is invested in equity and opportunities for women through sport, and is co-owner of professional women’s basketball team the Tokomanawa Queens, and chair of the Queens Foundation.

Together with his wife Pauline, Adrian manages Dennley Farms Ltd, a 196-hectare fully integrated dairy and dairy beef finishing farm in Tirau.

In recognition of their commitment to environmental stewardship, Adrian and Pauline received the prestigious 2019 Gordon Stephenson Trophy at the Ballance Farm Environment Awards. They were also named the 2019 National Ambassadors for sustainable farming and growing, following their previous success as Farm Business Award winners at the Fonterra Westpac Dairy Excellence Awards.

Adrian holds a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy, with a focus on Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School. Additionally, he has completed programs in Change Management from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Governance Development from Fonterra and has undertaken an Advanced Directors course at the Institute of Directors NZ.

Adrian also serves as the Chairman of Rahinga Dairies in Dacre, Southland, and is an appointed Director of Silver Fern Farms Co-op.

Gail Tipa 博士在环境部门已工作了近 30 年之久，他关注发展生态文化成果，并致力于宣传毛利人、环境，以及二者之间的内在联系。

在此之前，Gail 曾是一名教师，随后再次接受培训，成为了新西兰电力公司的一名规划师。之后，Gail 参与了众多项目，旨在保留位于南坎特伯雷的怀塔基湖和其他集水流域的特征。作为团队成员之一，她积极制定并实施传统渔业机制，制定恢复工程，并与各类资源使用者开展合作。Gail 专注于环境研究和管理，25 年以来，一直在经营自己的咨询公司。她的工作内容包括与他人开展国际化合作，以改善本土文化与环境决策之间的联系。

在这一领域内，Gail 发表了众多主题多样的文章，并致力于开发新的方法和工具，提升本地人在淡水治理方面的参与度。

作为家族成员，她在 20 世纪 90 年代参与了纳塔胡部落土地权益的处理与和解工作，并在纳塔胡部落和奥塔哥区担任着多个领导职务。

Lou Sanson 在 40 余年的职业生涯中持续关注环境问题，并在自然资源部门积累了丰富的领导经验。作为一名环境林务员，他领导并改革了新西兰两大最具标志性的部门——新西兰南极研究所 (Antarctica New Zealand) 和新西兰环保部 (Department of Conservation)，并取得了杰出的成就。

自然资源是经济的核心。Lou 与慈善机构及商业合作伙伴（新西兰航空、恒天然、Meridian、Genesis、Fulton Hogan）开展合作，促使新西兰和商业实体取得双赢的环境、社会责任和公司治理 (ESG) 领导成果。Lou 善于将环境和社会影响整合到业务中，在这方面拥有丰富的经验。在领导环境和旅游部门时，他创造了众多业绩记录。

Lou 是坎特伯雷大学的优秀毕业生，拥有林业科学荣誉学士学位。他还在哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、澳大利亚和新西兰政府学院以及新西兰战略领导学院完成了多个行政管理发展项目。在 2015 年新年授勋名单中，Lou 因对南极科学和外交事业的贡献而被授予新西兰南极奖章 (APM)。
