"Do you think, in 100 years, will you still be able to do what you're doing? You get a question like that, and it makes you sit up and take notice. I can put my hand on my heart and say what we're doing now, we could still be doing in 100 years," says Carterton's Ray Craig. "If we haven't got good water quality, there's no way we'd be able to do it."
