Fonterra Alumni 2017 - 2018

I completed a Bachelor of Animal Science from the University of Reading, UK in 1999. I am passionate about continual learning and attend relevant workshops through various entities.

I am a member of the Institute of Directors, Federated Farmers and Dairy Women’s Network.

I am a Trustee of the local Primary school and for community not for profit organisations, focusing on improving governance knowledge, strategic direction and financial management in rural communities. I am a strong believer in challenging the status quo, disrupting the normal to encourage innovative thinking within a board situation; I have a talent for asking the right questions.

I am currently a regional leader for Dairy Women’s Network in the Waipa district, having previously held the same role in the Taupo area and work part-time for Livestock Improvement Corporation as a Field Assist.

I have been immersed in agriculture my whole life and my passion is to build a strong sustainable agribusiness community that can thrive.

We are currently herd owning share milking in Pukeatua, Te Awamutu, with two beautiful girls who attend the local school.
