It has seen the success of many individuals who have contributed significantly to Fonterra's achievements, including members of our Senior Management Team.
When it comes to our graduate programme we aim to attract, recruit and select a diverse group of graduates. Embedding diversity and inclusion in our culture is crucial to our long-term success as well as being the right thing to do to support our people and our communities.
