Global Business Services (GBS) is Fonterra’s shared services provider.  We are committed to be the first choice, world class shared service partner for our global Fonterra customers and we manage financial, data and human resource transactions for them.  Our teams’ contribution is pivotal right across the cooperative; from paying the power bills for our dairy factories to administrating employees’ salaries to managing transition projects.

We have two key centres; over 300 employees are based at our GBS NZ site in Hamilton and a team of 70 are based in our GBS Asia Centre in Kuala Lumpur as well as a small team in Auckland. 

Working alongside a varied team of professionals, you'll benefit from cross-functional exposure including; Accounting, Employee, Supplier, Vendor & Customer Services, Analysts, Process & Technical Leads, HR Services, Project & Change Management.
