Our latest Mozzarella Cheese plant is under construction at Fonterra Clandeboye. Once complete the plant will deliver high returning new processing capacity, in a high value foodservice stream.
The new plant will have the capacity to produce 34,000 MT P.A. and increases the total tonnage of Mozzarella Cheese produced out of the Clandeboye site each year to 60,000 MT. This new business unit will
provide employment for an additional 100 staff and will commence commercial production in September 2018.
