Glenn acts as a consultant to the rural sector specialising in governance issues, along with succession and organisational planning.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Chair of Waibury Farms Group, an independent director or trustee of several family owned farming businesses, trustee of three Hamilton based charitable trusts, Director of Waikato Racing Club and a member of the Fonterra Directors’ Remuneration Committee in 2017.

A New Zealand born, Lincoln University graduate in Agricultural Commerce majoring in Valuation and Farm Management, Glenn has been involved in the ownership and operation of farms in Waikato and North Canterbury, the latter being through a syndicate of investors and farmers.

After a 20 year career in rural banking, Glenn moved on in 2008 to fulfil a desire to be self-employed and to be more involve with the governance of agricultural companies. To that end he participated in the Fonterra Governance Development Programme during 2010/11.
