Trade Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

The role of Trade Marketing Manager is to develop the most effective and efficient in-store marketing plan based on shopper and channel priorities to achieve business objective.

The role accountabilities are but not limited to:

  • Define priority shopper segments and objectives for priority shopper segments.
  • Define strategies to achieve objectives in priority channels.
  • Define the ideal in-store marketing mix that must be achieved in each priority channel to achieve objectives for priority shopper segments in priority channels.
  • Develop plans for each priority channel to achieve shopper and channel objectives and implement in-store standards.
  • Provide appropriate information to the annual planning and the short-term planning process and ensure planned trade marketing activity is aligned with brand objectives and constraints.
  • Plan changes to in-store communication to shoppers and implements for which trade marketing are responsible.

You Are a Good Fit If:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in Trade Marketing or Sales area.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent from FMCG Industry especially Dairy.
  • Technical/Functional expertise: Moderate Statistical Analysis, Marketing & Promotion, Sales & Merchandising
  • Expert in managing promotion activities in Modern Trade and General Trade

Brand Manager

The Opportunity

Responsible for developing one of our Brand in Marketing aspects to continuously deliver positive growth in market share and sales value, driving and leading the execution of marketing plan by translating direction of company, market understanding and consumer insights; into actionable and relevant marketing programs/strategies to support the brands volume, share, and financial objectives, driving and leading new product development for the assigned sub-brand/project while incorporating latest formula/design/packaging and close coordination with regional brand team and local NPD to reinforce brand strength and increase consumer value, and delivering budget for the assigned brand/s via superior development and effective execution marketing programs

The role accountabilities are but not limited to:

  • Recommend the annual budget and strategic plan objectives for volume and share of the assigned brands using the available market data, consumer research, competitive reports to optimize use of resources 
  • Assist in effective Implementation of agreed marketing plans (advertising, promotional and direct marketing activities) within budget and on-time, co-ordinating resources to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Maintain effective communication within marketing team with the sales team.
  • To set activities for designated product to achieve the brand objectives.

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in Brand Development/Marketing in FMCG Industry (already solely handle 1 brand)
