Anlene Encourages Active Living This International Women's Day
This International Women’s Day, Anlene is calling on all Indonesian women to prioritise their health and well-being through an active and healthy lifestyle, not only for themselves but for everyone they love.
This follows a recent survey by Anlene which revealed that nine out of 10 Indonesian women don’t eat a balanced and nutritious diet, while eight out of 10 do not exercise regularly, often prioritising their family over their own health.
This is despite more than 90 percent of Indonesian women understanding the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle – and that it can affect their ability to take care of their family members.
Rohini Behl, Marketing Director, Fonterra Brands Indonesia, said, “Women are the pillars of Indonesian society and we’re concerned that they are not prioritising their health, and are in fact putting themselves last when they’re taking care of their family.
“To combat this issue, Anlene has extended our long-term collaboration with the Indonesian Osteoporosis Society to encourage Indonesian women to achieve healthy lifestyles, and create a stronger and happier Indonesia.
“These efforts are the precursor to the launch of Anlene’s new MoveMax™ formulation, which provides a bundle of nutrients that work to support stronger and healthier Indonesians from within through healthy bones, joints, and muscles that enable people to lead healthier and more mobile lifestyles.”
