Anchor Food Professionals shares dairy goodness with Surabaya

This week our Anchor Food Professionals team brought dairy goodness to more than 200 customers, consumers and media with a cooking demonstration in Surabaya, East Java.

The event saw Advisory Chefs Yus Andriana and Petrus Nugraha launching a recipe book of 30 innovative, nutritious and best-tasting dairy recipes to encourage more Indonesians to cook with dairy during the holiday season.

Sigit Wijanarko, Associate Foodservice Director of Anchor Food Professionals, said, “With rising incomes and more urban lifestyles, Indonesians are seeking greater quality, convenience, and nutrition.

“This event is one of our key strategies to establish Anchor Food Professionals as a true partner to the foodservice industry in Indonesia, as we continue to introduce innovations and raise the skills of culinary practitioners across the nation.”

Anchor Food Professionals has also recently opened its new test kitchen facility in Surabaya – the first one outside Jakarta.

“The new facility capitalises on the rising consumer trends, and provides us with the flexibility, functionality, and technology to work closely with our customers to develop innovative dishes and solutions,” says Sigit.

Anchor Food Professionals has been smashing records in this growing market, achieving double-digit growth and today supplies more than 6,000 quick service restaurants, hotels, cafes and other food and beverage outlets across Indonesia.
