Anchor Food Professionals launches in Indonesia
This month our team in Indonesia launched Anchor Food Professionals at an exhibition held by Food & Hotel Indonesia 2017, where our dairy expertise was showcased to nearly 2,500 prospective and existing customers.
The launch helped to cement Fonterra’s position as the dairy market leader in the Indonesian foodservice industry, where rising incomes and the growth of out-of-home dining offer strong growth opportunities.
Designed to highlight the trusted goodness of New Zealand milk, our booth brought visitors through the journey of our milk. First highlighting the origins of our pure New Zealand pasture-based dairy, to a chef’s demonstration showing customers how to use our world-class products in their channels, and finally to the Anchor Food Professionals Café which shows off our finished products in a bakery setting.
Fonterra Brands Indonesia’s Foodservice Director Sigit Wijanarko says the exhibition was a great platform to launch Anchor Food Professionals, where customers were able to see our fit-for-purpose solutions and understand how we can help them capture new growth opportunities and stay ahead of their competition.

Top-tier business and trade media were also invited to the booth, where the team further amplified our efforts to showcase our premium dairy solutions.
