Denpasar, 21 February 2019 – Anchor Food Professionals (AFP), the foodservice business unit of Fonterra Brands Indonesia, today held the ‘Anchor Chef Competition 2019’ on 21 February 2019 at Taman Bhagawan, Bali. The event aims to showcase the culinary talents of chefs from around Indonesia by challenging them to present their best dishes and recipes inspired by the event theme ‘Indonesian Fusion’ with dairy product of AFP. The Anchor Chef Competition is part of AFP’s commitment to cultivating new innovations in Indonesia’s food and beverage industry.
