About the program

At Fonterra, food safety and quality is everyone’s responsibility, from our farms all the way to our customers and consumers around the world.

Our Food Safety and Quality System ensures that, wherever we’re located in the world, we have a clear, consistent framework to deliver safe, quality products and services.

You do not need a specific qualification to apply for the Quality Program, our graduates have studied a variety of fields such as Engineering, Food Science & Technology, and Nutrition. If you enjoy strategic thinking, working through complex issues and have the ability to work with numbers and think analytically – this could be the career for you.

As an Quality graduate you will split your time between our sites in Tasmania and regional Victoria gaining exposure to Food Safety, Quality and Manufacturing Control.
