Our finance team acts as a commercial business partner ingrained across the Co-op to drive sustainable performance and enable our strategy. As a graduate in this department you will have the opportunity to work with our Strategy Commercial team as well as some of our technical specialists including: Accounting, Milk Pay, Financial Controlling Planning & Reporting, and Systems & Data Integrity and Strategy.

The HR rotation will provide you with exposure to a wide variety of roles across our HR function. You will have the opportunity to become a trusted partner enabling our people and will spend time in ER/IR Advising, Business Partnering and Health Safety & Wellbeing, and HR Administration.
