There are four main reasons this happens:
If your still having trouble please email us at Fonterra.email@example.com and we can troubleshoot with you.
You will receive an email straight away from us acknowledging your application. After this someone from our recruitment team will be in touch by either phone or email. We try to get back to you as soon as we can but for some roles we receive a large number of applications – if this is the case please bear with us we are working hard to review all the applications as fast as possible!
Depending on the role you’ve applied for we have a few different steps to our recruitment process. This may include a phone interview, an online assessment to learn more about your preferred way of working, a skills based assessment or we may even have you complete your very own video interview to help bring your application to life.
For some roles we will arrange a face-to-face interview or you may be invited to attend an assessment centre. Don’t worry though – we’re here to help prepare you with the right information so you can give it your absolute best shot.
The interview isn't just about us seeing if you're right for the role; it's also the perfect chance for you to see whether we're right for you. You’ll have the opportunity to ask us questions too!
Unfortunately, we can’t offer every person who wants to join our team a role and if you are unsuccessful you will be notified by email by our recruitment team. In many cases, due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to provide individual feedback after the initial application. However, if you are interviewed for a position at Fonterra and unsuccessful you will receive feedback following your interview.
If your application was successfully submitted you will have received a confirmation via email. If you haven’t received this confirmation you can email us at Fonterra.firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into this for you.
If your application was submitted correctly your application will be reviewed by of one of our team. We will try to get back to you as soon as we can but for some roles we receive a large number of applications – please bear with us as sometimes this can take us some time!
