Our corporate and strategy teams are responsible for overseeing the business’ operations as well as strategically supporting Fonterra to grow and succeed.

Most of our corporate roles are based at our stunning Australia headquarters located along the Yarra River and near the heart of Richmond, offering a rich and diverse culture with many amenities to enjoy. Within the corporate division there are many career paths you could take.

People are truly at the heart of what we do, so our human resources team is key to ensuring we have the right processes to attract, retain and develop the best people to deliver on our strategy. Career opportunities are spread across Health Safety and Wellbeing, ER & IR, Business Partnering and Administration.


Manage and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, accurate and timely strategic, financial, accounting and reporting services, making sure Fonterra is achieving its goals as well as seeking for improvements and opportunities to grow. Opportunities are spread across Finance, Accounting, Strategy and Risk Management.


At Fonterra we're always looking for improvements and better solutions. Our Transformation program is accountable for leading and driving improvement across our Supply Chain & Operations division. The transformation vision is to ‘make the most valuable choices for every drop of our milk’ and the careers opportunities can vary from Program Managers to Finance and analytics and customer Service.
