Primarily focused on innovation and sales, our Consumer team is made up of Marketing, Product & Development, Retail Sales, Category Development and Shopper, and Insights & Innovation.

We collect around 20 per cent of Australia's milk  annually from our farmer suppliers and this milk is made into the many Fonterra dairy foods that generations of Australians have grown up with and love, including Perfect Italiano™, Mainland™, Western Star™, and Bega™ and distributed to the biggest retailers.


What are some of our key roles?


Territory Managers

Responsible for driving a profitable portfolio of marketing leading brands across a wide range of accounts.

State Sales Managers

Coach, develop and lead high performing teams to execute sales and promotional activities in the field, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities in the independent grocery business channel.

Key Account Managers

Responsible for the customers, covering everything from ranging of products, developing promotional programs to execution of joint business plans.

National Account Managers

Play a leading role in driving our customer’s accounts team towards high performance. With the ability to manage a complex category and substantial workload this role must have outstanding grip on the fundamentals of account management as well as develop effective relationships with key customer and internal stakeholders.
