New Zealand Summer Interns
Each summer, Fonterra offers a summer intern programme for university students in the Engineering, Technology and Science fields who are approaching the final year of their degree. Run in conjunction with the Ministry of Science and Innovation (MSI) our undergraduate summer program offers students an excellent opportunity to get involved in a variety of Fonterra projects whilst at the same time gaining invaluable work experience before you graduate.
Fonterra Technical Interns work on varied real life projects which are unique to the dairy industry. In the past, students have worked on projects to create new ice creams, designed waste water solutions and made process improvement recommendations within our high-tech manufacturing sites.

- Energy Research
