Functional / Technical Excellence

Exceptional academic ability with a minimum of a Credit (C) average throughout your degree.

Team Work Demonstration of team work can include any work experience whether it be paid or unpaid, a member of a sports team or an active member in a student association and let us now what part you played and your major accomplishments from being a part of that team.
Energised by Innovation Tell us about what great idea’s that you have come up with or a new way of doing things. This can include an idea that you have seen before and have been able to adapt it for a different environment or you have improved the way that reduces time and/or cost for greater efficiency.
Developing Uncompromised Results Belief and commitment in work outputs. Ability to deliver. Orientation for making a difference. Focused and tenacious.
Leading When have you lead a team to achieve a result? We want to know if you have been a leader, such as a sports captain, a supervisor/team leader at your workplace, leading a project or student association activities.
Personal Awareness Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative. Reflective with a realistic perception of abilities and development needs. Willingness to receive constructive feedback and desire to identify development needs. Respect for others. Ability to adapt communication style and relate at all levels.
Change Orientation

Have you been put in a situation that you have found difficult or unfamiliar and been able to still achieve success. Are you able to pick up a new skill or look forward to a new challenge that you have not been through before? Tell us about it!
