Fonterra in Australia is a young company that has been built on the foundations of many decades of dairy expertise.
Over the past four years, Fonterra has invested more than $2 billion in bringing seven different companies together to form one integrated dairy supply chain stretching from the farm gate to the fridges of consumers right across Australia.
The Fonterra name may be relatively new to many Australians but it encompasses some of this country’s most revered and cherished dairy food brands, including Mainland, Anlene, Bega, Perfect Italiano, Western Star, Munchables, Connoisseur and Brownes.

Our foodservices business is committed to meeting the specialised needs of customers in quick service restaurants, fast food outlets, cafés, restaurants, hotels, bakeries and catering, who want branded dairy products as well as core ingredients and ready-to-use products.
Today, Fonterra directly employs around 2,000 people across Australia.
