Andrew Ferrier has been Chief Executive Officer of Fonterra Co-operative Group since September 2003, bringing with him a background of generating stronger performances from companies in both the consumer products sector and the commodities market. He has more than 22 years of experience at the senior executive level, with 14 years as a Chief Executive in operating and holding companies. In his career he has dealt continuously with free trade environments and heavily regulated environments, experience now being applied at Fonterra.
Andrew is founding Chairman of Global Dairy Platform, an international organisation whose mission is to provide insight and guidance in the promotion of the healthy consumption of dairy. He also sits on the Growth and Innovation Advisory Board (GIAB) which provides high level, independent strategic advice to the New Zealand government on growth and innovation issues.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University, both in Canada.

John Doumani joined Fonterra in 2007 after a 25-year career in international business and consumer brands. Most recently he was President International of Campbell’s Soup Company. Prior to joining Campbell’s he was Managing Director of Meadow Lea Foods.
Mr Doumani has 13 years’ experience with Johnson & Johnson, during which time he held many senior roles in Australia, the United Kingdom, Italy and the United States. His responsibilities include all of Fonterra’s Australian businesses, as well as our consumer brands operations in New Zealand. He is based in Australia.

Barry Harris has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Masters of Natural Resource Economics from Massey University and has completed the Stanford University Management Programme. He was formerly Chief Executive of the Greater Wellington Regional Council and Environment Waikato.
Mr Harris oversees Fonterra’s services to shareholders, milk collection, milk quality and international farming operations in addition to heading the company’s Sustainability Leadership Team. He also ensures our milk growth goals are achieved in a way that is profitable for farmers and sustainable for the environment.

Jennifer Kerr graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Arts, double major in History and English. She has since worked in senior human resources roles in the oil industry in the US and Europe for Mobil and in the leisure industry in the UK for Whitbread.
On her return to New Zealand, Ms Kerr started up her own consultancy, Jennifer Kerr and Associates, before joining Fonterra in July 2006.
Ms Kerr oversees human resources for Fonterra’s 16,000 staff worldwide. Her responsibilities include recruitment, reward strategy, performance management, capability management, talent management, organisational development, training, health and safety, and employee relations.

Jonathan Mason joined Fonterra in February 2009 as the company’s CFO. He has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts, International Relations, from Yale University, USA. He also has a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and International Relations from Beloit College in Wisconsin.
Jonathan arrived at Fonterra from US-based company Cabot Corporation, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2006. Cabot is a multinational specialty chemicals company, with manufacturing facilities in 18 countries and US$3 billion in annual sales.
Between 1990 and 2006, Jonathan worked in various roles at US-based International Paper, the world’s largest forest products company, rising eventually to Vice President and Treasurer. He was also Chief Financial Officer for forest products group Carter Holt Harvey from 2000 to 2005. Earlier in his career, he worked in treasury roles at Exxon Corporation.

Before joining Fonterra in February 2007, Andrei Mikhalevsky was Global President of the Flavours Division in the German listed company Symrise, a leading manufacturer of flavours, fragrances and sensory ingredients.
He holds a BBA degree in Finance from Stetson University in Florida and has completed the Food Executive Programme at the University of Southern California and a graduate studies programme at George Mason University.
Mr Mikhalevsky spent seven years with Georgia Pacific and related companies, including heading the North American retail business, and 21 years with the Campbell Soup Company in senior management positions. He is based in the United States.

Gary Romano completed a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) at Queensland University and an MBA at the University of Western Australia. Before he joined the dairy industry in 1997 he worked for Alcoa of Australia, The Boston Consulting Group and Dairy Partners Americas.
Mr Romano heads a team that strives for world class standards of productivity, quality, safety and environmental performance across our manufacturing sites and supply chain.

Mark Wilson graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science (Hons), majoring in Food and Management Science, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the consumer goods sector, specifically in the general management and marketing of food, beverage, medicines, and personal care products in Asia, the Pacific, South America, and Europe. Prior to joining Fonterra in February 2008, he managed Numico’s operations across Asia and the Pacific. From 1995 to 1998, he was CEO of Dumex, and from 1998 to 2005 he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the East Asiatic Company, which markets the internationally-recognised Dumex infant and child nutrition products. He is based in Hong Kong.

After completing his Chemical Engineering degree, Kelvin Wickham joined the Dairy Industry Graduate Training programme, completing a Diploma of Dairy Science and Technology and now has 19 years’ experience in the New Zealand dairy industry. He also has a Master of Management degree.
Prior to becoming Managing Director, GlobalTrade in May 2007, he was Director of Group Sales and Operations Planning from December 2005. Mr Wickham held a number of technical, sales, marketing and general management roles around the world. He has spent 10 years based in Fonterra’s overseas operations.
