Whey Protein Concentrate 450 Instantised

An instantised, soluble milk protein manufactured from fresh cheese whey using an ultra-filtration process. Whey Protein Concentrate 450 has excellent solubility throughout the pH range, and enhanced dispersibility.

Whey Protein Isolate 894 Instantised

An instantised neutral whey protein isolate ideal for sports protein powders that require fast solubility and high protein levels. Whey Protein Isolate 894 is manufactured by cross flow micro-filtration (MF) and ultra-filtration, generating un-denatured, soluble whey protein, which provides high quality protein.

Whey Protein Isolate 895 Instantised

An instantised neutral whey protein isolate that is low in lactose and low in fat. Whey Protein Isolate 895 is manufactured by ion exchange (IX) and proprietary ultra-filtration techniques, generating un-denatured, soluble whey. In particular, Whey Protein Isolate 895 has high concentrations of Branch Chain Amino Acids, making it ideal for premium sports protein powders.

Calcium Caseinate 220, 385 or 391

Highlighted by a smooth mouthfeel, these calcium caseinates have excellent dispersibility, emulsification and suspension stability, a high calcium content, and high opacity in water.

Milk Protein Concentrate 4861, 4862

These milk protein ingredients from Fonterra are spray dried milk protein
concentrates manufactured from fresh skim milk by ultrafiltration. They have a clean milky flavour, are soluble in cold water and have good dispersibility.

Milk Protein Concentrates

Milk protein concentrates from Fonterra are manufactured from fresh skim milk using ultrafiltration. Features include excellent flavour profile, excellent heat stability, high nutritional value and high opacity in water. These ingredients are available in low lactose versions.

Milk Protein Concentrate 4882

A milk protein manufactured from fresh skim milk using ultrafiltration. Milk Protein Concentrate 4882 has low viscosity and allows increased protein levels in ready-to-drink beverages. It also has excellent heat stability, a clean milky flavour, and cold water solubility.

Whey Protein Concentrate 472

A spray dried, soluble milk protein manufactured from fresh rennet casein whey using an ultra-filtration process. Low temperature processing ensures retention of both nutritional and functional qualities. Whey Protein Concentrate 472 is a high protein product. It provides excellent solubility and emulsification necessary in high protein beverages.

Whey Protein Isolate 8855

An acidic whey protein isolate that provides exceptionally clean flavour. It has been specifically developed for clear ready-to-drink sports drinks. Whey Protein Isolate 8855 is manufactured by ion exchange (IX) and proprietary ultra-filtration techniques, generating an undenatured, soluble whey protein with process stability and excellent solubility at acidic pH. This permits high clarity and stability during shelf life of the beverage.

Calcium Caseinate 309, 380

Features of these calcium caseinates include good emulsification, excellent heat stability, a high calcium content, a low sodium content and high opacity in water.

Whey Protein Concentrate 392

A spray dried, soluble milk protein manufactured from fresh cheese whey using an ultra-filtration process. Whey Protein Concentrate 392 delivers a smooth, cohesive bar texture.

Whey Protein Concentrate 515

A clean flavoured milk protein, prepared by a controlled heat treatment and careful processing of whey proteins. Whey Protein Concentrate 515 permits high levels of whey protein in bars without compromising taste and texture. Less chewy than standard whey protein ingredients it provides bar-softening qualities without the associated flavour issues.

Calcium Caseinate 380

The bland flavour and excellent flavour stability of Calcium Caseinate 380 makes it suitable for use in flavour sensitive formulations. Calcium Caseinate 380 provides good processability and a short bar texture.

Total Milk Protein 1104, 1180

Spray dried, soluble milk proteins manufactured by a process in which casein and whey proteins are isolated together from fresh skim milk. These are texture-building ingredients with a clean flavour that make soft bar dough more manageable.

Milk Protein Concentrate 4857

A spray dried milk protein concentrate manufactured by ultra-filtration of fresh skim milk. Milk Protein Concentrate 4857 is a heat stable milk protein that delivers excellent flavour and texture stability in bars providing a short bar texture.

Milk Protein Concentrate 4861

A spray dried milk protein concentrate manufactured by ultra-filtration of fresh skim milk. Milk Protein Concentration 4861 is a texture-building protein that delivers excellent flavour and stability. It makes soft bar dough more manageable without causing hardening issues.

Dairy Protein Crisps 600

These crisps are prepared from whey protein and rice flour. Dairy Protein Crisps 600 deliver all the benefits of whey protein in a bar with a crunchy texture and clean flavour.
